SOS Driver Training is a driving school with a very different ethos to the large national driving schools. Our goal is to help you earn more money than the average instructor, based on lowering your overheads. Our goal is NOT to tie you down into lengthy contracts that are hard to get out of, as well as paying an expensive weekly fee set by these establishments as a result of greed. At SOS Driver Training, we don't want to trap anyone into an agreement. All we ask is to give 14 days notice if you want to leave. It's known as a rolling agreement. No other driving school offers this.
There's no need to worry about sales & marketing, we'll fill your diary with unlimited pupil supply, so you can focus on what you do best - teaching!
We run franchise opportunities in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norwich, Essex and North London. We are looking to expand as a trusted driving school. Could you be our newest team member? You can choose to work full or part time.

Be your own boss
You tell us when you want to work & where you want to work. We'll find you the pupils in your chosen area.
No tie in contracts
No long term commitments, No contracts that ties in to something you cannot get out of. A flexible 14 day rolling agreement.
Free trial
We'll give you your 1st 2 weeks free to get you started with nothing to lose. Then followed by a weekly low cost franchise fee.
Premium hourly rates
We don't offer silly promotions or cheap lesson prices to force you to work for little pay.
No car graphics
We don't ask you to have sign writing plastered all over your car. We supply you a company roof sign to use when teaching.
Full diary and ongoing support
We'll supply unlimited pupils with no fees until you've notified us your diary is full. You let us know when you need more pupils. It's that simple. We also offer full support, should you need any advise, queries or someone to listen to you, we'll be there. We want you to grow your business.
Marketing
We take care of all the marketing including advertising and social media. We also include business cards and stationery.
Be part of a team
We have the pleasure of having a great team of friendly fantastic instructors who support each other. We often organise social gatherings and have an instructor's WhatsApp group. You'll be in good company.
Driving Instructor App
You'll have your own free app to manage your diary, track your progress & payments and other features to manage your business. The app is also free for your pupils to use.
PDI Franchise
We welcome trainee instructors to sponsor you on your trainee licence. If you're not happy with your current sponsor without a contract or have completed your 40 hours training, come and speak to us before committing to another franchise. We'll put you on the right track and help you succeed your future as an ADI.
Training & Development
Get top level training to continue your development in the driver training industry. If you have a Standards Check coming up, we'll help you achieve a Grade A with our team of ORDIT trainers. We also offer training courses to branch out outside teaching learners. This includes Advanced Driving, Fleet Training, Classroom based training & becoming ORDIT trainer.
